I could like to backup quickbook data

Allow me to share some information regarding data backup in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

As QBO is a cloud-based service, all of the information in your company file including the changes is backup automatically. With this, you don't have to worry about saving your QuickBooks data on a flash drive since we back up your data with the same level of security used by banks and financial institutions. Although, we can backup and restore data in QBO Advanced, however, it's only available in the US version.

You may consider exporting your reports and lists from QBO in the meantime or look for a third-party application that you can integrate with QuickBooks Online if you still want to get a copy of your QBO files. 

I'd be glad to enumerate the steps how:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company file.
2. On the left navigational bar, go to Apps.
3. In the search bar, type the word "Backup" as your keyword.
4. Look for the app that best suits your needs.
5. Select the app, and then click on Get app Now.
