Your ability to access your QBO account is our priority, especially given that you've been paying for the service for four months, Esmere_787.

To address your concern, may I ask if you received an error? If so, please let me know the exact error message, or you can include a screenshot.

In the meantime, ensure that you are using the correct login credentials, such as your email address or user ID and password. Sometimes a typo can prevent you from logging in. If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot your password? link on the login page to reset it.

Once you've confirmed your credentials, I suggest logging in to QuickBooks Online through your Intuit account. This way, you'll know what your QuickBooks Online accounts are and be able to check their status by going to the Products and billing section. If you can't find your QuickBooks Online Ireland account here, or if the status is canceled, suspended, or trial, and you've been paying for it for the past four months, I'd recommend contacting our Live Customer Support team. They can securely access your account and billing information to provide a solution.

I've also included this self-help article to help you sign in to your Intuit account: Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in.
