I have received an email from Quickbook a reminder for the monthly payment subscription while I subscribed for annual and paid already.

As much as I'd love to take care of this, we're unable to pull up your account here in the Community space for the security of your account. That said, I highly suggest contacting our Phone Support team. They have the necessary tools to request access to your account and verify the email you received for a monthly payment subscription despite having already subscribed for an annual plan. 

Here's how you can connect with them:
 

1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
2. Select Search, then press the Contact Us button.
3. Enter your question in the box and Continue.
4. Please choose the best way you'll want to reach out to us.

Remember to check our support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
