The error you're encountering usually indicates a temporary browser issue, or a permissions restriction. Only the Primary Admin in QuickBooks Online (QBO) has unrestricted, full access to every part of the company file, including administrative tasks that other users cannot perform.

You can try logging out and back in, or accessing your account using an incognito or private window to check if it's a browser-related issue. Also, check if your user role has access to importing features. If you don't have it, reach out to the Primary Admin on the account to grant you full access.

In the meantime, ensure you are importing from the correct location by heading to the Gear icon at the top right, selecting Import data, and clicking Invoices.

Following these steps should help you resolve the error and successfully import your invoices. If you run into any more trouble or need further guidance with the import process, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I'm here to ensure your data uploads smoothly, and I look forward to hearing from you!
