I'm trying to delete my InTUIT QuickBooks account, but it says I'm subscribed to a monthly plan, which I'm not.

    Hello there, @2850902. You'll first want to verify if you have an active QuickBooks subscription in the Intuit Account Manager and head over to the Products & Billing section. If you see an active subscription, you can cancel it from there, then proceed with deleting your account.

     

    But if you find no active subscription listed, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team. They can take a closer look at why you’re encountering this error and will guide you through the next steps of your account deletion. Here's how:

     

    1. From the Intuit Account Manager, go to the Data & Privacy.
    2. Click Contact us.
    3. Scroll down until you reach the Product support, then use the attached number to contact.
