We have several ways to help you sign in to your Intuit account if you've forgotten your password, BOS. If you still have access to the phone number or email address linked to your account, you can follow these steps:
Go to our sign-in page to begin the steps.
Enter the phone number or email address linked to your account on our sign-in help page.
Select Password, then either Forgot password or Text a code to your number.
Check your text messages or email for a message containing your code.
Follow the instructions sent to you to sign in. When prompted, you can choose to reset your password or skip the step.
Please take note not to close the window or tab containing the code entry form. If you close it, you will need to restart the process from the sign-in page and request a new code again.
On the other hand, If you don’t have the phone number or email address linked to the account, use our account recovery form to send a photo of one of the following documents.
Driver’s license
State ID
Passport
Notarized document
After you submit the account recovery form, you’ll receive an email with next steps within 1 business day. The email will come from no_response@intuit.com. Once your account is verified, you’ll receive an email link to reset your password.
