Subject: URGENT – Duplicate Subscriptions & Failed Migration (No Support Response) I urgently need help regarding multiple QuickBooks Online subscriptions that were unintentionally created during a migration from QuickBooks Accountant Desktop 2022. Despite following the correct migration process, the system repeatedly created NEW company files instead of importing into the intended subscription. This has resulted in duplicate subscriptions and trial companies being created in error. Summary of the issue: - A paid QuickBooks Online subscription was created earlier this year but does not contain the migrated data - Multiple additional companies were automatically created during migration attempts - Some of these are trials, others are paid subscriptions - The migration tool did not allow selection of the correct existing company Additional problem: - The system is forcing US-based settings (including address requirements) - I cannot set the business location to Germany - Currency inconsistencies occurred during migration attempts Support attempts: - Phone support: on hold for several hours without reaching an agent - Live chat: attempted multiple times with no response or connection This is extremely frustrating as I am now being billed for services I cannot properly use. What I need: 1. Review and cleanup of duplicate companies/subscriptions 2. Cancellation and refund of incorrect charges 3. Help ensuring ONE correct company setup with: - EUR currency - Germany-based entity - Proper Desktop data migration Please escalate this to billing and migration support. I am happy to provide account-specific details securely if contacted by support. Thank you.
