I would like to thank you for subscribing to QuickBooks and guide you with canceling your subscription. However, please know that Intuit will discontinue QBO India products till April 2023. We've already stopped billing customers starting this month (July) but you can still continue to use the product for free till April next year. You may not cancel now and wait for your QBO to expire itself.
Please also consider downloading a copy of your data, like your reports or forms that you may need in the future, especially if there's an audit. More details can be found in this article: Export data, reports, lists, and more from QuickBooks Online.
If you've decided to cancel now, please follow these steps:
Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings.
Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
Follow the onscreen steps to complete the process.
You can always go back to this thread if you have any other questions in mind. Take care and enjoy the rest of the day!
Also, QBO will hold onto your data for up to one year. I'd suggest saving all of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data by exporting the information. This way, they can be saved, stored, and transferred digitally if needed.
In addition to that, let me share these links you may find helpful in managing your billing and subscriptions in QuickBooks:
Feel at ease to leave a reply below if you have additional questions about canceling or any other subscription issues. I'll be happy to lend a helping hand. Stay safe and have a pleasant day.
