I want to cancel my subscription but my account is suspended for a failed payment method. How can I cancel it?

I'm here to help share how you're able to cancel your account, @paulocr2.

 

Ideally, you'll be asked to enter new payment information if you see a suspended account message upon logging in. I'm adding this article to find out what to do if your subscription is suspended: QuickBooks Online Account Gets Suspended.

 

Since you wanted to cancel your account, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. One of our specialists online can pull your account, securely, and cancel it for you. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Search.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter a few words describing how you wanted to cancel your account.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Click Start a conversation.
