Your bank has multiple names on our list. Ensure selecting the correct one or try all possible links from the banking login URL.
Your bank does not connect to all types of accounts (personal accounts vs. business accounts).
Your bank is not a participating financial institution.

In the meantime, consider manually uploading transactions using the CSVfile. You can get them from your bank's website and save the file on your desktop or anywhere you can easily find them. Once done, follow these steps to import them:
Sign to your QBO account and select Transactions or Banking on the left panel.
Click the Upload Transactions.
Then, click the file you've saved on your computer.
