Welcome to the Community space, Samuel. We'll provide details to help you remove your current QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription details.
We recognize the importance of this matter. If you want to cancel your QBO subscription, you'll need to log into your company file. We'll input the steps below to get you going:
Access your QuickBooks Online company.
On the top-right corner, click the Gear icon.
Under Profile column, choose Subscription and billing.
Select your current subscription and then click Cancel.
We're open to providing any additional assistance if you have other QuickBooks-related questions or tasks you'd like to complete inside the program. Keep safe, and have a good one.
We truly value your time with us and are sorry to see you go, Alglow! However, I understand that as your business grows, your needs may change, and QuickBooks Online (QBO) might not be the perfect fit anymore. I'm here to help you smoothly remove your subscription so you can move forward without any hassle.
To get rid of your subscription, you'll have to cancel it through the Account and Settings menu in your QBO account. Before doing so, I highly recommend exporting your data, reports, and lists to ensure you have the information you might need in the future.
The said process may vary based on how you purchased your plan, either directly from Intuit or through an app store. If you signed up online through Intuit, please follow these steps to complete the cancellation:
Open a web browser on your computer, not a mobile device.
Go to the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing.
In the QuickBooks section, hit Cancel, Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're cancelling a trial, pick Cancel your trial.
Follow the on-screen steps.
If you acquired your account through the Apple App Store (iOS, iPhone, iPad) or Google Play Store (Android phones and tablets), follow the official steps to cancel by choosing any of the links below:
Additionally, if you find yourself wanting to reactivate your account in the future, I'm happy to help! I've included this article to guide you the entire procedure: Resubscribe to QuickBooks Online.
Thank you for being with us, Alglow! If you have any questions or need clarification about the details and steps I shared, please don’t hesitate to reach out by clicking the Reply button. I’m always here to help. Take care and have a wonderful day!
