I'm thrilled to have you here and welcome to the Community forum, @Dumisani-Dlodlo. I'd be glad to provide details to help you onboard a client who manages a school in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let's dive more into this.

If I may ask first, does your client want to enhance their school curriculum by incorporating QuickBooks-based accounting lessons?

If so, please note that the international version of QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't have an option to achieve this initiative. However, if they're utilising the United States (US) and Canada (CA) versions of QuickBooks, they might consider Intuit's free software for educators and students. Please check out the resources below to learn more about this feature:

Check out this resource to learn more about how to track and update your growing client list. It will help you stay organised and ensure your client information is always accurate and up to date: Manage clients in QBO Accountant.

By following these solutions, you streamline your client's processes, save time, and improve business operations, @Dumisani-Dlodlo. If you encounter any challenges during the setup, please comment here again. Together, we can help your client succeed!
