Question

Is there an issue with the app and the newer apple phones? Recently upgraded to a 16 pro and cannot sign in.Works fine on iPad and iPhone 12

Tried reinstalling app and restarting phone. Gets permanently stuck on the ‘finishing up’ screen or takes me back to the sign in screen

I checked our records and I can't see any open alerts that are similar to yours at the moment.

 

Since you already followed all possible troubleshooting steps , I would recommend reaching out to our Live Support team for QuickBooks Online International. They'll conduct a more in-depth analysis to identify the cause of the issue and provide you with additional troubleshooting steps to make sure the app is working on your mobile device.

 

Here's how to reach out to them:

 

  1. Log in to this link on a web browser: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/.
  2. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner of QBO.
  3. Proceed to the Assistant tab.
  4. Type in "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
  5. Select Contact Support Team, then type in "contact support one more time.
  6. Choose No, I still need help.
  7. Click Chat.
