As much as I'd love to help you address your refund concern today, I'm unable to verify your account since this is a public space. I would highly suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Support Team via Chat. One of our specialists can pull up your account and explain to you in detail how you might get a refund.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Type Talk to a human.
  3. Enter your issue or question on the What can we help you with box.
  4. Choose I still need a human.
  5. Select the Start messaging option.

If in case you might need to cancel your account, I've got the steps for you on how to do it. Please check this out:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  2. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps.
