Dear Sir/Madam, Peace be upon you. My QuickBooks account is registered with the email address [PII removed] For some time now, my account has been blocked and I am unable to access it. As a result, all my financial records and accounts are currently stuck inside the system. This account belongs to me, and the message I am sending is also related to the same account. I kindly request you to please check and review my previous account and inform me why it cannot be opened. Please guide me on what steps I should take to recover or reopen my account, as I urgently need access to my financial data. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards, [PII removed]

Hi there, Muhammed. Have you tried using the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page? If you still have access to the email or phone number associated with your account, this is the quickest way to regain access.

On the Intuit sign-in page, select Forgot Password? and enter your phone number or email address. You’ll receive a verification code via text or email, enter that code on the sign-in page, and select Continue.

Additionally, you may refer to this article for more guidance in recovering your Intuit account.

If you're still unable to access your account, I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support team. They have the ability to check and retrieve your account.

Since you're unable to log in to your QBO account, you can contact them through a QBO test drive account. Then, select the Help (?) button and click the Search tab. Enter Contact Us in the search bar and click the Contact Us button.
