Question

My "Transaction List" under my Suppliers is receiving the following error message "Something's not working. Received HTTP status 429". What does this mean?

It means the system is blocking your request because there have been too many attempts to access the data. It points to a browser communication issue rather than an issue with your actual account data.

In relation, our engineering team has applied a fix, and we can confirm this issue is now resolved. If you still see the error message, please refresh your page or sign out and then sign back in to QuickBooks. If the error continues after trying those steps, you can try using a different web browser or clearing your browser's cache.

Since you've been trying to reach out for a while, what exactly happens when you try to contact our international support? Are you getting a specific error message on the website, or is the Contact Us button not responding when you click it?

Knowing that helps me guide you better. In the meantime, you can visit our official article, Get help with QuickBooks products and services. This page lists the specific support hours for your region so you can confirm exactly when the team is available to help you live.

Let me know if you need anything else. I'm here to help.
