Need some help with company migration from desktop to online version. Am on online trial period but can't find the online migration tool when I login.

You need to fulfill two requirements to ensure the Export Company File to QuickBooks Online option appears in your QuickBooks Desktop.

These are the following: 

• Make sure QuickBooks is up-to-date.
• The company file isn't too big to export. The target should be less than 500000. Press the Ctrl + 1 on your keyboard

Also, if you're looking to convert QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online International, it's important to note that this option is only available in the UK, US, and Canada versions. Since you're using QuickBooks Online International, we'll need to follow different steps to migrate your data.

In order to transfer your data to the Online version, you'll need to communicate first with our partner, Odyssey. They will provide the necessary information and guide you through the process. Once you have all the details, you can fill up the conversion form and quickly transfer your data.  

Once we receive your data file, our team will begin the conversion process and expect to have it completed within three to five business days. We'll then migrate your data and send you an invitation to review the results. Upon your approval, we'll initiate the file transfer for you.
