New connection needed, what is pricing?

If you're referring to our subscription pricing, you can review our list of plans and the features it has on this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/pricing/. On the other hand, if you referring to creating a new account on the Chart of Accounts page, you can freely do so and you can follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. From the left menu, click Accounting and then select Chart of Accounts. 
3. At the upper-right, click New.
4. Enter the needed details and then click Save and Close. 

If you want to link the account you just created into the system for online banking, you can check out this page: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Afaik, they only offer the monthly subscription for the time being.
