Hello there, @hareshh.

Once you resubscribe your QuickBooks Online subscription, your QBO company should be eliminated from the lists of the canceled companies. You'll have to update the payment information for your QuickBooks Online subscription. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings under Your Company.
  3. In the Billing & Subscription tab, select the Edit icon next to your payment method.
  4. Update your credit card info.
  5. Review the address for your credit card. It must be the same one that appears on your credit card statements.
  6. Once done, click Confirm card or Save.

Then, reactivate QuickBooks Online subscription by entering the updated payment details. Follow the complete steps in this article: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online. Also, I'd recommend refreshing your browser to reflect the changes. You may want to access QuickBooks in a private browser or use other compatible browsers to check and verify if it's still showing in the canceled lists.

If the issue persists, please give us a short to further investigate this matter. Within your QBO account, go to Help at the upper-right corner. In the Search tab, click Contact us. Then, select Chat with us , Have us call you, or Call us.

You may want to check this link for more details: Update billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.
