Are you getting an error that says "Recurring Payment is not support on this card. Please contact your bank to enable recurring or use different payment method" when renewing the subscription? If so, we have an ongoing investigation about this issue. Our engineers are working on finding a solution and make additional payment options available as soon as possible.
The workaround available at the moment is to use NetBanking.
If you're having issues with the activation code, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account as well as add you to the notification list in case you encountered the error above.
Here's how:
Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
Enter your question and click Let's talk.
Choose either Start a chat or Call us.
If you have the new QuickBooks Assistant help update, you can follow these steps:
In your QuickBooks Online account, go to the Help > Assistant.
Type Talk to a human and proceed with I still need a human.
