Hi Muhammed, have you encountered any error message when trying to open the other account? Are you using the same login credentials for your different companies?

 

When accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, please ensure to use the correct login credentials. If you have forgotten them, we can send you a code so you can sign in.

 

To begin, please note that you will need the phone number or email address of the account. If you don't have it, you can use our recovery account form to send a photo of one of the following documents:

 

  • Driver’s license
  • Government-issued ID
  • Passport
  • Notarised document  

 

Here are the steps to recover your account using the email address or phone number:

 

  1. Please click this link to complete the steps on our sign-in page.
  2. Enter the phone number or email address associated with your account, then hit Continue.
  3. Enter the Verification code sent to your email or phone and click Continue.
  4. From the list of accounts displayed, select the one you want to sign in to.
  5. Enter a new password and click Update password to reset your password.

 

Please keep the window or tab containing the code entry form to avoid starting over from the sign-in page and getting a new code.
