I'd like to make sure we're on the same page. Did you get an email saying your subscription is suspended because we couldn't process a payment? If so, you'll want to update your billing information by following these steps:
Note: Make sure you are logged in as the Master Administrator.
Go to the Gear > Account and settings.
On the left panel, click Billing & Subscription.
Under Payment method, select Edit.
Enter the full credit card information by typing in the complete card number, name on the card, expiration date, and security code. Verify that the billing address in QuickBooks Online is the same on your credit card statement.
Hit Save Changes.
Once done, try to refresh the page by pressing F5 on your keyboard.
