Received this email:"A friendly reminder that payment for your QuickBooks monthly subscription will be automatically deducted in 7 days time." How to cancel?

Hello, Nicy. The reminder you received is for the 30-day free trial account. It's an automated notice that the trial is ending and the paid subscription is about to begin.

To cancel this trial and prevent any upcoming charges, please follow these steps using a web browser:
 

1. Within your trial firm, click the Gear icon.
2. Choose Subscription and billing.
3. From the Accountant-billed-subscription tab, look for the Your Books section or the specific company trial.
4. Hit the Cancel Trial button and follow on-screen prompts to confirm.
5. Once successful, you should see a confirmation message.
    

Please note that every version of QuickBooks Online allows only one free trial. Once it ends, you cannot start another free trial for that same account. However, your main accounting firm tools and client list will remain free and unaffected. If you would like to keep the records you created, you should export your reports to Excel or PDF immediately to ensure you have a permanent copy of your accounting records.
