Yes, you should be able to see the Tags feature under the Gear icon in the All Lists section if you’ve previously created tags, Evanson.
Beforehand, please note that customers who have never used Tags from the start will no longer see the Tags option. However, those who have used it in the past can still use the feature.
Here's how to view your created tags:
In QuickBooks Online, click the Gear icon.
Go to All Lists under the Lists section.
Then, look for the Tags feature.
