In the meantime, we can sign in to your bank's website and review if there's any messages, notification, or alerts from your bank. Review your accounts pages, account history, and transactions from there.

After doing it, we can log back in to your QuickBooks Online account (QBO). Then, updating your bank manually in the system to refresh its connection. Here's how:

1. Go to Bookkeeping and then select Transactions.
2. Choose Bank transactions.
3. Select Update.

Also, we can access your QBO account in a private browser. An outdated or corrupted site data in the browser causes runtime and unexpected behaviors in the program.
