Please note that QuickBooks is designed to ensure that its most commonly used pages load within 10 seconds. Intuit actively monitors system performance and makes necessary adjustments to consistently meet this goal. However, performance can also depend on your computer's processing speed, available memory (RAM), and internet connection quality. If any of these are lacking, you may experience slower performance.

If accessing your QBO account takes longer than 10 seconds, refresh it by logging out and back in. Also, you can use a different supported browser. This can help bypass potential cache-related issues, which are a frequent cause of slow performance or unexpected behavior.

 

For the OTP delivery, can you receive regular text messages from other sources without delays? If other texts are also delayed, you’ll need to contact your phone carrier to check if there are any network issues or if automated messages from short codes are being filtered. However, if you're receiving other texts, please check that the numbers 88811 and 97962 aren't blocked on your device. Additionally, ensure your device storage is not full.

 

Alternatively, if you have an email linked to your QBO account, you can receive the verification code via email instead. On the sign-in page, select I didn't get a text message and choose Email a code.
