The current primary admin has not been with the company for about 4 years. What do I need to do to upgrade my profile to the primary admin?

We are unable to make contact as the nu,mber they used is no longer active and I have very limited access to give custom permissions to new users.

Glad to have you here in the Community, @damien9. You can become the primary admin by sending a request to our account protection team. You’ll just need to fill out a request form and provide documents that show you own the business or have permission to manage it.
