Hello @sarj0531. I've tested it myself and the General Ledger register appears correctly on my side. The issue may be originating from your end. Let's go through some basic troubleshooting steps with your browser to see if that resolves the connection problem.

To begin with, open a private browser or incognito by using the following keyboard shortcuts based on the type of browser you are using:

    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Go to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) page using this private browsing mode and try to pull up the General Ledger register to see if it's successful. If connecting in private browsing mode is successful, proceed to clear the cache of your usual browser to update the system. If the connection attempt in private browsing fails, consider switching to a different supported browser and try again.

Additionally, you can use this helpful article to customize your report: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

If you still encounter error when pulling up the General Ledger register, don't hesitate to comment below. I'll be around to help you!
