Once confirmed that everything is correct, attempt to connect your SBI savings bank again. Here's how:
Navigate to the Banking/Transactions menu.
Choose the Banking tab.
Click Connect Account on the landing page if this is your first time connecting.
Search for the SBI savings bank.
Then, Continue. Input the username and password for your bank's website.
If you still can't connect your savings account, let's now determine if this is a browser issue. To do so, access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private mode.
