Hi there, @mannafoods8884. You can check the Subscriptions and Billing page to confirm whether your subscription was processed through Apple or Google billing.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose the Subscriptions and Billing page to view the details.

 

If you have subscribed through Google Play, follow the steps below:

 

  1. On your Android device, go to subscriptions on Google Play.
  2. For the subscription you want to restart, tap Resubscribe.

 

For subscription from Apple, here's the link to guide you in resubscribing to QuickBooks Online.

 

If you'd like to switch to QuickBooks Online (QBO) billing instead of being billed through the Apple Store or Google Play Store, you'll need to contact our Live Support for assistance. They’ll help transfer your subscription to Intuit Billing.
