I ususally get OTP whenever I want to log in to a new system but I cannot get that now

Is your OTP login sent to your phone number or email address?

 

If you're receiving the code by phone, please ensure your number is correct and active, and that our contact is not blocked. 

 

For email delivery, verify your internet connection and check your spam or junk folders.

 

If your login OTP is sent via phone, you can also switch to email by temporarily disabling two-step verification.

 

To do this:

 

  1. Sign in to your account and go to Sign in & Security.
  2. Select Two-step verification and toggle it off.
  3. Enter your password to confirm the change.
