When we are going for the renewal of the subscription but amount is refelecting too much for 3 years, We want to renew for one year. let us know how to go forward.

Thank you for choosing QuickBooks as your accounting software. QBO India has transferred to a new billing system. Thus, the annual subscription has been changed to monthly. Those currently in annual billing will be billed monthly after a year. 

Since the subscription renewal showing for 3 years, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support. They'll be able to pull up your account and help you with the renewal.

Here are the steps:

1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
4. Choose either Start a Message.

For the new QuickBooks Assistant help update, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the Help menu, and select Talk to a human.
2. Choose Talk to a human again. 
3. Proceed with I still need a human.
4. Click the Contact us link.
5. Select either Start messaging.
