Hi @henry46, great to have you here. Thank you for reaching out! I understand you're looking for the 'disable estimate status' option, but I noticed that the help files don’t match the version of the software you're using. Let me look into this for you and help you find the right solution.

Before we proceed, could you confirm the version of the software you're using? Also, could you clarify if you're referring to the 'disable estimate status' feature itself, or are you asking about the location of estimate statuses (pending, accepted, converted, or declined)? These details will help me offer tailored solutions.

If you're looking to disable estimates, this feature isn't available. However, you can change the status of individual estimates as needed.

Here's how:

  1. Hover over All apps.
  2. Choose Customer Hub, then hit Estimate.
  3. Click View/Edit.
  4. Select the Manage click dropdown to change the estimate's status.

If you're looking to disable the entire estimate feature, this option isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Estimates are a core function in QBO and cannot be turned off completely.

If you have any additional questions or need clarification regarding the estimate status or related features, please don’t hesitate to share your inquiries or concerns in the comments below. We’re committed to providing the support and detailed information you need to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I'm here to assist you every step of the way.
