Hey there, @srscapital.

There are two possible reasons why your account shows in the Cancelled Companies list.

  • If you subscribe to QuickBooks Online (QBO), our system will automatically charge you based on your payment method. If it fails to charge your account after three attempts, it will be suspended.
  • If you're using a free trial version in QBO, your account will be listed on the canceled list after 30 days.

You can still reactivate your subscription by updating your Billing & Subscription in your QBO account. Let me show you how:

  1. Log in to your QBO account and click the cancelled account to open.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙.
  3. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings
  4. Click Billing & Subscription and select Resubscribe. Then, enter the updated billing information.
  5. Select Subscribe.

Please take note that billing for all QBO accounts happens overnight, so the charge does not occur until after midnight. For example:  Resubscribe on 04/06/2020 - Next charge date would be 05/06/2020 and the charge would occur very early on 05/06/2020.
