Is this your first annual renewal? If so, you might receive a discounted subscription when you initially sign up for the product, but the price increases after it expires.
If not, this is likely caused by a QuickBooks Online (QBO) price change. Please ensure your email address is correct, as we send cost updates there. If you cannot find the email, check your spam/junk folder and verify that your email provider allows emails from Intuit.
