One reason for not being able to disconnect an app from QuickBooks, can be because you're not the user that connected the app. Only QuickBooks Online Admins can add and disconnect apps from the account. If you're the Admin who connected Square, here is a helpful guide that will show you the steps on how to disconnect apps. If you're still not seeing the option to disconnect the app, I encourage you to reach out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting, as well as view your screen to better assist you. You can reach them by following one of these methods:
