Can I generate a profit and loss report per individual invoice created?

You can run a Sales by Product/Services Detail report to view the cost of sales per invoice, Andre.

In QuickBooks Online, you can't directly create a Profit and Loss report that displays profit and loss for each invoice, including detailed sales costs for each item invoiced. However, you can generate a Sales by Product/Service Detail report to see the cost of sales for each invoiced item.

Here's how:

1. Go to Reports, then enter Sales by Product/Service Detail in the search bar.
   
2. Click the Columns icon to customize.
3. Scroll down and put a checkmark in the Product/Service full name box.
   
4. After that, the report will be updated to display the products or services sold in that invoice under the Product/Service full name column.
