Does anyone have a problem opening QB Online after a Windows update? We have tried different search engines without success. Any suggestions?

Let’s try some new ones to get your QuickBooks up and running. First, access the company using the incognito mode or a private window.

This allows you to browse the net without storing internet history and cookies. The steps may vary depending on the browser you’re using.

• Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
• Google Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
• Safari, press Command + Shift + N.

If you can open QuickBooks seamlessly, clear the cache of the regular browser. This process can resolve many different issues and is a good place to start whenever you see unexpected behavior in the product.

I also recommend running the Checkup Tool to review your browser’s health.
