hi, why is the so called live chat so rubbish. in all the years ive used QB I have never been happy using it and or got the answer to some even basic questions

invoice number sequences have changed for some reason

was on 1900

changed to 1700

so I now have duplicate numbers

how to fix that would be great

is how to load bank statements

I know nothing is a good base line

I have one bank that is loaded and does it auto.
second bank needs manual loading

as in scan in and then how the magic works after that
