Resetting the app is removing the cache files that were stored that sometimes causes unexpected behavior in QuickBooks. If you're accessing your account through mobile, here's how:
Android
Click the three vertical dots at the upper-right.
Select Settings.
Under the ACCOUNT section, click Refresh Data.
iPhone
Go to the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) at the left.
Click Help & Feedback.
Select the Refresh Data link.
You can go to the Help menu and select Reset App Data if you're using Windows and Mac.
