Let me show you the easy steps, jadasplumbing!

 

Resetting the app is removing the cache files that were stored that sometimes causes unexpected behavior in QuickBooks. If you're accessing your account through mobile, here's how: 

 

Android 

  1. Click the three vertical dots at the upper-right. 
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Under the ACCOUNT section, click Refresh Data.

iPhone

  1. Go to the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) at the left. 
  2. Click Help & Feedback
  3. Select the Refresh Data link. 

You can go to the Help menu and select Reset App Data if you're using Windows and Mac
