How do I switch on Mileage Tracker?

Tracking mileage is designed to record business miles and vehicle expenses in QuickBooks, which requires the mileage tracking functionality. However, this feature is currently not available in your region.

In the meantime, you can manually track your mileage directly in QuickBooks Online. To do this, you'll need to set up a supplier profile for your employee, create an expense account for mileage, and set up a product item for mileage.

Once completed, you can create a bill to record the mileage. Here’s how:

1. Click the + New icon.
2. Select Bill.
3. Fill in the necessary information, such as the Supplier, Category, and Amount.
4. Click Save and Close.
