We're unable to provide the system that works for your business preference. You can try QuickBooks Online to get an overview of how it works. Also, you can look into the features we have that best suit your business. In addition, you can utilize QuickBooks to meet your specific needs or consider using the add-on and integrate it into your QuickBooks Online account. 

You also have the option to add an account where you can keep track of your Trust Accounts. If you still want to play around with QuickBooks, you can use the Free 30-day trial. Then, set up the account and use these steps on how to add an account: 

1. Go to the Accounting menu and select Chart of Accounts.
2. At the upper-right, click New.
3. Select the correct account and click Save and Close.
