Advanced Search option is not supporting. what is the issue?

For example we searched the amount 50.00, That is available in QB as bill, bill payment and a duplicate bill also. when we use advanced search to figure out that error It's says that result is not found like. what is the issues. and we are sure about the filter also. those are correct. Issue is in Advance search option is not detecting the inputs why?

The problem you're experiencing may be due to formatting discrepancies or overlapping filters. Since you've applied the filters correctly but the results are not as expected, I recommend logging out of your QuickBooks Online account and then logging back in.

 

Alternatively, you can try using a private browser or incognito mode. After that, use the search icon again and find the duplicate bills.

 

In the meantime, you can locate the duplicate bills by generating the Transaction Details by Supplier report.

 

Here’s how to do it:

 

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab.
  2. In the search bar, type Transaction Details by Supplier.
  3. Customize the report by filtering for Transaction Type (Bill) and entering the desired Date range.
  4. Click Apply.
