Amazon gift voucher for registration

Hi! I have just registered for a quickbooks account and paid for a subscription and was wondering when I will receive the £50 amazon gift voucher as stated on the registration page?

Congratulations on your new QuickBooks account, and nice to see you here in the Community, @ArthurF. It's my pleasure to help you with your gift voucher to get the discount on your QuickBooks account.

After the first 120 days from the start of the subscription, we aim to deliver the voucher

If you have not received the voucher in that timescale, feel free to come back to this thread and we'll be able to make sure that it is sent to you.

Please post here again if you have other concerns with QuickBooks that you need help with. I'll be right here to help you out. Have a good one!

ArthurF, did you get the voucher? I am in the same situation, subscribed since April, email stating I should receive the voucher by 11th August but still no voucher 😞

Hello there, @Certico.

It's best to contact our Customer Care Team to ensure you receive the voucher after signing up for a QuickBooks account. This way, they can check the email you received and authenticate it. Once done, they can process the voucher to have it sent to your account.

If you're using QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), these are the steps:

  1. Access your QBSE company.
  2. On the top-right corner, click Assistant icon.
  3. Enter your concern, and then choose from the result. If you don't see the one you need, click Not helpful.
  4. Choose Talk to a human, and then enter a detailed representation of your concern.

For more information, see this article: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.

But if you've signed up for a QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, know that the steps are different. You can check this page instead: QuickBooks Online Support.

In addition, here are some articles to keep you safe from potential fraud activities: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, and potential fraud.

@Certico, please let us know if you have any additional QuickBooks-related queries. Rest assured. The Community Team has your back and will respond to you right away. Stay safe, and have a nice day!
