Any problems opening the App?

The app seems to either not open or takes a very long time (10-15minutes) to open. Happens on mobile data and on home WiFi. iPhone user and need access whilst out and about at work. Anyone else having same issue? Considering leaving Quickbooks due to the inconsistency I’ve had with access over the last few months.

Some QuickBooks Online users on iOS who experience a 10- to 15-minute delay when opening the app can resolve the issue by clearing the hidden background cache.

 

  1. Tap on the Settings icon and then choose General.
  2. Click iPhone Storage, then choose the QBO app.
  3. Tap on Offload App to remove the app and its data temporarily, or tap on Delete App to remove the app and all its data permanently.

 

It deletes the clogged temporary files and the cause of the freeze, but keeps your actual business records completely safe.
