Authentication ticket mismatched, failed authentication.

I always get this error when I try and post a question to the QB Community. I am signed in. What is the fix?

Hello there, Richard96. You're seeing that 'Authentication ticket mismatched' error because your browser session has lost sync with the Community site

 

To fix this, please try logging out and logging back in to your account. If the issue persists, access QuickBooks in a private or incognito window to bypass any cached data that may be causing the conflict.  You might also try a different supported browser, like Google Chrome, for a more stable connection.
