Bank transactions not updating - and yes I’ve reconnected, re-synched etc but last was 29th Jan!!!

I would have requested specific help from Customer Service but that is greyed out as an option!!!

Hello, @susan183. When bank transactions stop syncing in QuickBooks, the issue often stems from scheduled bank maintenance or updated security protocols. Since QuickBooks relies entirely on the data provided by your financial institution, these missing transactions typically indicate a temporary delay or an interruption in the bank connection.

 

To verify, please visit your bank's website to check for any alerts and updates regarding Multi-Factor Authentication or ongoing server maintenance.

 

If everything appears fine on the bank's end, you can manually upload those transactions into your QuickBooks bank feed. Simply log in through a web browser and download your transaction history for the missing dates in a CSV or QBO format. Once downloaded, select the Upload bank statement button and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
