Question

Can anyone help? I can no longer send remittance advice.

I have been using expenses then filtering bill payments and a batch action to send remittances.  However, this does not appear to be the case anymore and I cannot find out how to send a remittance.

Hi HBCrosby, thanks for posting on the Community

 

On our updated interface, the send remittance button will show after selecting the bill payments on the Expenses screen (directly below the filter options). If you don't see this here, please try opening QuickBooks in a different web browser or incognito window. 

 

Individual remittance advice can also be sent by opening the bill payment > click save and send. Hope this helps!
