Deleting or canceling QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription can be done by logging into your account. Once signed in, please follow these steps:
Click the Gear icon at the upper right to go to the Accounts and Settings.
Pick the Billing & Subscription tab at the left pane, then select Cancel in the QuickBooks section.
Follow the steps on the screen to complete the process.

However, if you're still unable to cancel your account, I'd recommend accessing your account through a web browser using this link https://qbo.intuit.com. Once login, follow the steps provided by my colleague FritzF.
