Can't connect to the HMRC website when I follow the link. I receive a message saying 'error... i do not have authority to access etc'. I need to file my VAT return. Help.

Hey dominic4, 

You will need to be a company or master admin user within QuickBooks to turn on MTD. Did you register with HMRC for MTD and do you have access to their online gateway for this?
